What you’ll do
Install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment to target uptime and performance.Handle emergency / unscheduled repairs during production; complete scheduled maintenance during service windows.Perform basic machinist tasks to support component repair and fitment.Troubleshoot using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to resolve issues quickly and safely.Read and apply equipment manuals and work orders to execute maintenance activities.Diagnose faults, replace / repair parts, validate with testing, and make precise adjustments.Carry out preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant utilities.Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment effectively.Identify abnormal operation or defective materials; escalate to supervision when required.Follow safety procedures; sustain a clean, orderly work area.Support additional tasks as assigned to meet production goals.What you bring
Familiarity with problem-solving methods (Six Sigma, Fishbone / Ishikawa, KT, 8D) preferred.Ability to interpret manuals and work orders accurately.Strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and general industrial maintenance skills.PLC exposure a plus; robotics experience preferred.Self-starter who can work independently.Physical demands and schedule
Bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive arm motions.Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on concrete for extended periods.Work mandatory overtime as needed.Location
