Insurance Services Representative

A company is looking for an Insurance Services Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

Collect and resolve outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims

Communicate effectively while managing a high volume of claims

Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission and service standards

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Computer and keyboarding skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Prior experience in EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory is preferred

Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Healthcare billing or insurance is preferred
