LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Obstetrics and Gynecology MD in Fort Morgan, Colorado, 80701!

Pay Information

$2,500 to $2,700 per day

About The Position

  • A hospital in Fort Morgan, CO is seeking a Board-Certified or Truly Board Eligible (0–5 years post-residency) OB / GYN physician for locum coverage beginning September 2025.
  • This is a 24-hour call coverage role with ongoing dates extending into late 2025.
  • Providers must be experienced with general OB / GYN procedures, comfortable with call responsibilities, and able to work within a community-based setting.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide 24-hour call coverage, including deliveries and OB / GYN patient management
  • Manage approximately 15 deliveries per month with adult, adolescent, and geriatric patients
  • Respond to call-backs averaging ~5 hours of patient contact per shift
  • Collaborate with hospital support staff including RNs and general surgery backup (24 / 7)
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR
  • Participate in EMR training modules and virtual sessions prior to start date
  • Coordinate care with general surgery and limited urology backup

    Job Requirements

  • Board Certified OB / GYN or Truly Board Eligible (0–5 years post-residency) – Required
  • Active Colorado medical license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission) – Required
  • Active BLS and DEA – Required
  • Clean malpractice / background history – Required for expedited credentialing
  • Must be available for specified shift dates and ongoing coverage through Nov / Dec 2025
  • EMR training compliance required prior to start date
