Job description
  • We are seeking a enthusiastic, skilled and motivated Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate is committed to practice of law, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to take on meaningful responsibility. This role provides the opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal matters and develop expertise in several key practice areas, specifically real Estate and the growing practice of Bankruptcy.
  • Responsibilities

    • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, motions, and client correspondence

    Represent clients in State and Bankruptcy Court and related proceedings

    Advise clients on a wide range of business and legal issues

    Manage case files, deadlines, and workflows with strong attention to detail

    Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and decision-making

    • Qualifications

      • Licensed attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience (

    • new applicants may apply)

      • Active membership in the California State Bar

      Strong knowledge of Bankruptcy, Real Estate, Corporate Governance, and Litigation

      Prior experience working in a law firm or similar legal environment

      Proficiency in legal research tools, AI and methodologies

      Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team

      Job Type : Full-time

      Pay : $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
