Job Summary :

Our client is seeking a Workday System Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Miami, Florida.

Duties :

• Configure and support Talent Management and Performance cycles within Workday, including setting up annual cycles for different employee types
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by business users
• Partner with reporting and IT teams to provide clear requirements for integrations
• Attend regular meetings with business stakeholders to address upcoming changes and needs
• Collaborate with team members on configuration tasks to ensure effective teamwork and shared ownership

The approximate pay range for this position is between $32.00 and $46.00 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
