Job description

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Chico, California.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit
  • Discipline : RN
  • Duration : 13 weeks
  • 36 hours per week
  • Shift : 12 hours, days

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide d irect patient care in the CVICU and progressive care units.
  • Monitor and assess critically ill cardiac patients.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and healthcare team members.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
  • Float to other units as needed (Med / Surg or Critical Care).

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years in critical care or CVICU / CCU setting.
  • Licensure : Valid RN license in California.
  • Certifications : BLS / BCLS, ACLS required.
  • Skills : Strong assessment and critical thinking skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
