What You’ll Do

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry

Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests from staff

Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas, resident rooms, and outdoor spaces

Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control

Monitor and restock maintenance supplies and tools

Assist with room setups, furniture moves, and facility inspections

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control standards

Report hazards, damages, or needed repairs to the Maintenance Director

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience in maintenance, facilities, or skilled trades preferred

Basic knowledge of building systems and hand tools

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts

Familiarity with long-term care or healthcare environments a plus
