We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Hope Network. In this crucial role, you will provide direct clinical services in an outpatient environment, working with individuals, families, and groups to address mental health disorders and enhance overall functioning. Using a variety of therapeutic techniques, you will help clients deal with issues such as depression, addiction, and relationship challenges.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' needs and necessary psychological services.
- Developing person-centered treatment plans that empower clients to set and achieve their goals.
- Reviewing treatment plans every 90 days to adjust strategies as needed.
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing approaches such as active listening and empathic responses.
- Identifying and responding to crisis situations with immediate clinical assessments.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of treatment goals and maintaining ongoing assessments of client progress.
- Completing transition and discharge plans promptly.
- Assisting clients in accessing community resources and support networks.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Meeting productivity benchmarks and maintaining quality standards in documentation.
- Participating in community relations efforts to foster support systems.
- Adhering to health and safety practices in all settings.
- Continuously pursuing personal and professional development by attending trainings and workshops.
- Actively participating in team staff meetings.
Position Requirements :
Minimum : Limited License Therapist requiredPreferred : Fully Licensed TherapistMinimum Education Requirements : Master's degree in Social Work or CounselingExperience or specialized training in substance abuse.Two years of relevant experience.Specialties : IDDT, Certified Addiction Counselor, Children's Services, or American Sign Language.Understanding of Motivational Interviewing and Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment.Knowledge of Family Psychoeducation and Trauma-Informed Care.Familiarity with the Stages of Change and Integrated Care approaches.Join us at Hope Network, where your expertise can make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.
