A company is looking for a Support Operations Analyst, AI & Automation to enhance customer support through operational improvements and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize support workflows to identify and resolve inefficiencies
Leverage AI tools and no-code / low-code platforms to automate processes and enhance support operations
Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights on customer experience metrics and support trends
Required Qualifications
Experience in support operations, customer experience operations, or technical support
Strong understanding of support workflows and related tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce Service)
2+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or support operations
Hands-on experience with emerging AI tools and prompt creation
Familiarity with data flow between systems and APIs; SQL or BI experience is a bonus
