We are hiring Full-Time Residential Lawn Technicians to maintain residential properties in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas. This is an important role within our company that requires someone that is responsible, reliable and looking to exceed expectations. You will be using a hose and driving and a van, but the work requires heavy lifting at times, exposure to high temps during peak season and the ability to problem solve.

Benefits

• $17-$23 / Hour (depending on experience)
• Monday-Thursday, 10 Hour Workdays; 40-hour work week with opportunity for overtime on Fridays during peak seasons. Friday work during rain weeks is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Treat / spray all necessary areas of properties on day-to-day routes
• Gather / mix all products needed for the day
• Keep track of KPIs and manage time appropriately
• Complete Enhancements if needed / if time allows (aeration, aeration / overseeding, etc).

Qualifications

• Passion for working in the green industry
• Ability to comfortably use apps on company phone / tablet
• Previous experience in the turf care industry
• Time management skills
• Ability to follow directions and take pride in your work
• Self-motivated and driven
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license
• Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
• Efficient and Detail Oriented
• Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus
• Knowledge of turf care treatments and standard practices is a plus

Applicants should not be impaired by recreational drugs, as the team works with dangerous equipment. We drug test before work starts and randomly after that. A thorough national background check will be performed, and applicants with a criminal history should disclose it during the phone interview.

Compensation : $17.00 - $23.00 per hour based on previous experience
