Business Development Director Compensation :
- Base salary : 125k-175k + strong commission plan
- OTE : 200k+ in year one
What You'll Do
Develop and execute sales and go-to-market strategiesIncrease market share, revenue, and customer satisfactionManage and expand key customer accountsProvide technical product support and identify new project opportunitiesWork with engineering teams to support new product developmentDeliver accurate forecasting and support sales operationsTravel frequently across North America, with occasional international travelWhat You Bring
3+ years in industrial or technical sales (force measurement preferred)Experience with load cells, sensors, strain gauge or similar technologies.Strong communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-driven, organized, and motivated, with a strong business development mindsetTechnical aptitude (mechanical, electrical, or software knowledge is a plus)Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA desirableWhy Join Us?
