Make Every Machine Run Better — Every Shift
Step onto the production floor and start your day with a walk-through : checking HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical panels, and fire safety equipment. Then move to scheduled lubrication and filter changes before answering a call to troubleshoot a vacuum system that keeps throughput humming. From diagnosing pump issues by sound and data, to replacing bearings, belts, gears, and seals, you keep complex equipment in top shape and the operation on schedule.
What You Will Tackle
- Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance across building and production systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical panels, and fire protection.
- Perform scheduled lubrication, filter changes, cleaning, and detailed inspections to prevent failures.
- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment and vacuum systems to maximize uptime and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues by analyzing symptoms, sounds, and operational data; isolate root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery to access components; replace worn parts such as bearings, belts, gears, and seals.
- Adjust and align equipment to restore optimal performance and repeatability.
- Repair and maintain pneumatic and basic electrical systems as needed.
- Diagnose and correct malfunctions in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility components; complete minor building repairs (leaks, light bulbs, minor electrical, drywall, basic carpentry).
- Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and keep thorough maintenance records and reports.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals to plan effective repairs.
