Position Summary :

As the Senior Training Coordinator at our site, you will play a vital role in supporting our large packaging operations by helping to shape and manage the site's training program. You will collaborate with trainers on the floor and track various training initiatives, including new hire training. Additionally, you will assist in developing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials. This position requires close collaboration with the site leadership team to ensure that all approved work rules and training protocols are consistently followed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and Lead the Onboarding Program

Implement, and continuously improve the factory's onboarding experience for all new hires.

Ensure all mandatory compliance training is delivered, tracked, and documented in accordance with internal policies and external regulations.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track training completion, effectiveness, and impact.

Act as a liaison between departments to ensure training programs are aligned with operational changes, new technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The approximate pay range for this position is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 . Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
