We are seeking an experienced T.I. Project Manager to lead and manage our tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout. Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full lifecycle of multiple tenant improvement projects, from contract execution through final invoicing and closeout activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, identifying critical path items and proactively addressing potential delays.
- Oversee project budgets, cost control, billings, collections, and monthly status reporting to ensure financial targets are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations.
- Coordinate with site superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality standards and project timelines.
- Review and interpret construction documents, contracts, and specifications to ensure work is executed according to approved plans.
- Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate and obtain all required permits and inspections in accordance with local building codes.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions to mitigate schedule and budget impacts.
- Mentor and support project engineers and other team members, fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
- Represent Murray & Stafford professionally in all client interactions, building lasting relationships and trust.
Required Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a significant portion devoted to tenant improvement projects (ideally managing multiple TI projects concurrently).Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and local permitting practices.Experience with job costing, budgeting, and cost-loaded scheduling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.Must reside in Colorado.Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance; daily travel to jobsites throughout the Denver Metro / Front Range area.Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test and post-offer physical.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Experience with tilt-up and concrete construction.OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR / First Aid certification.Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED accreditation.Previous experience in estimating or superintendence is a plus.Desired Skills & Traits :

Office based in Denver, Colorado, with projects in the Denver Metro and Front Range area.Typical work is Monday–Friday with occasional evenings or weekends as project needs require.Compensation & Benefits
