In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence to transform complex datasets into actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with consultants, engineers, and project managers to design, implement, and optimize data solutions that drive customer success. Your work will support decision-making through dashboards, reports, and analytic models while ensuring data quality and accuracy. You will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into efficient technical solutions and process improvements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment, demonstrating strong analytical skills, adaptability, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Accountabilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements to support project goals.
  • Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to ensure high-quality information for reporting and decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and statistical models using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Serve as a key technical contact for project updates, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
  • Lead testing, solution acceptance, and end-user training for BI and data warehouse solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align data solutions with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and improve overall project efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in SQL data analysis, reporting, and ETL processes.
  • Strong expertise in SQL Server, data warehousing, ETL processes, and backend SQL development (queries, stored procedures).
  • Proficiency with dashboarding and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Experience with statistical techniques for data cleaning, processing, and analysis.
  • Programming knowledge in Python or VBA / VBScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States; willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
