• Procedures : - Vascular : Aneurysm Repairs, Abdominal, Arterial bypass, Peripheral, Vascular Access Devices, AV shunt - Endovascular : Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal & Aortofemoral Bypass, Stenting, Peripheral Artery Disease, Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
• No. of ORs : 1 General; 1 Hybrid
• Interventional Radiology Suite
• Hemodialysis Access onsite
• EMR : Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements :
• Active KY License or IMLC
• BC / BE
• BLS
• Flu Shot
• COVID Vaccinated (preferred)
