ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Hilo, Hawaii.

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work flexible day or night shifts determined by roster period and staffing needs

    • \n

  • Schedule includes 3 12-hour shifts (36 hours) per week following first week of orientation

    • \n

  • Required to work 2 12-hour call shifts per 4-week roster period

    • \n

  • Maintain 2 : 1 nurse to patient ratio in 11-bed unit

    • \n

  • Float to other critical care and step-down units when needed

    • \n

  • Minimum 3 years intensive care experience required

    • \n

  • Work with Meditech equipment and systems

    • \n

  • Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, Hawaii license, NIH SS Certification

    • \n

  • Must obtain NIH SS Certification by submitting existing certification or completing 45-minute online class during orientation

    • \n

  • Must possess active Hawaii State license by start of assignment

    • \n

  • Complete 1 week orientation up to 40 hours

    • \n

  • Professional dress code - scrubs required
