This is a fully in-office position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about administrative excellence.Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming sales and customer service calls in a busy Corporate Sales CenterExplain sales procedures and respond to customer inquiriesAccurately input customer information into Salesforce.comCoordinate with internal departments such as Titles, Tax, and Asset ManagementCollaborate with field locations and internal teamsAssist with sales transactions and related administrative tasksPerform various duties to ensure efficient operations of the Sales CenterComplete other tasks as assigned by the supervisorTop Skills & Qualifications : Call Center Experience (2+ years)Proven ability to manage high call volumes and resolve customer issues efficientlyFamiliarity with CRM systems, call scripts, and performance metricsStrong communication skills, resilience, and adaptabilityEntry-Level CandidatesAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fieldsEager to learn and grow within a corporate environmentTech-savvy with fresh perspectives on customer engagementGeneral Customer Service Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industriesFriendly, solution-driven attitude with strong reliability and punctualityWork Environment & Schedule : Training Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PMRegular Shift : 11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM after trainingFully in-office roleWhy Join Us?This position is pivotal in supporting our sales team with administrative duties related to vehicle sales.
