Schedule and coordinate the efficient movement of products from raw material to finished goods. Create and maintain processing instructions, raw material, outside processes and tools requirements for products manufactured by the organization. Assist in the preparation and control of records, quotes, statistics and reports regarding customer service activities.

· Prepare defined work packages

· Optimize raw material to ensure efficient work flow

· Initiate ordering of raw material via ERP system

· Prepare and review travelers

· Initiate replacement orders if needed

· Coordinate and review costs with engineering to ensure competitive pricing

· Effectively communicate daily with customers expedite requests

Highly Desirable

Experience working for metal fabrication and/or machining companies in a low volume/high mix environment
