We're looking for a Control Room Dispatcher to join our Operations team and play a critical role in keeping the lights on across our communities. You’ll be the key connection between our field crews, cutting-edge technology, and the reliable service our members count on.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Monitor & Respond : Keep a watchful eye on our SCADA, OMS, and ADMS systems, identifying issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate Field Crews : Dispatch the right people to the right place fast. Whether it’s a power outage, hazardous situation, or urgent maintenance, you’ll be ready.
• Communicate with Precision : Serve as the go-to communicator between the control room and field teams. Clear, friendly, and accurate communication is your superpower.
• Support System Reliability : Track outages, update models, and make sure every detail, down to truck numbers and blink counts, is spot on.
• Stay Calm in the Storm : Literally. During major weather events or emergencies, you’ll be part of the critical response team, helping restore service when it matters most.
