Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide medical services and consultations in collaboration with company physicians. The primary responsibilities include delivering services to employees and managers, providing clinical evaluations, and conducting health surveillance examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical services and consultations within the scope of an ARNP license.
• Deliver services to employees, managers, and collaborate with community healthcare providers and workers' compensation administrators.
• Provide clinical evaluations and urgent care assessments, including treatment and referrals for occupational and non-occupational medical conditions.
• Determine fitness for duty, functional capacity, and medical restrictions for employees in relation to job demands.
• Perform health surveillance examinations and determine medical qualifications for the occupational health examination program and international assignments.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in the State of Washington or eligible to obtain such licensure.
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed independent practice Nurse Practitioner.
• Urgent Care or Primary Care Experience.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification.
• Preferred: Master's degree or higher, experience delivering occupational health care, current member of the Washington L&I Provider Network, DOT Medical Examiner Certification.
