PCU is budgeted at a 3 : 1 with a max ratio of 4 : 1, and a full assignment for Charge is 2 : 1. PCU RNs will be at 4 : 1 before Charge goes into staffing. First timers accepted : Yes Weekend REQ : Yes Certs REQ : ACLSD, BLS, (NIH Preferred) Is on-call REQ? No Will the clinician float within scope to meet facility needs?
