Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery
- Feed materials into machines and ensure continuous workflow
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Identify and report mechanical issues to maintenance teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Must be reliable and able to work a rotating shift schedule
- Must speak Spanish
