Serves as the primary contact and coordinator of services supporting children and their families in crisis with mental health or substance use issues in residential, school, workplace and community settings. Supervises and directs the work of others to provide quality services.
This position is based in Marshall and serves Madison and Yancey Counties.
We are hiring for an Intensive In-Home Team Lead - Child and Family Services
We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus
- Pay range : $60,000- $68,000 based on licensure and experience
- Bonus : $3,000 sign-on
- Schedule : Full-time, some flexibility, on call hours
Supervision for associate level licensed staff is included
Responsibilities :
Supervision of an interdisciplinary team of professionals providing services in the community to children and their familiesProviding evidence-based individual therapy in a variety of settingsFacilitating relationships and serving as a link between the treatment team, the individual, natural supports, guardians, local agencies and the communityMinimizing the negative effects of psychiatric symptoms or substance dependence that interfere with the child's daily living and personal developmentSupporting the team in providing the family with the development of various skill-building activities, including daily and community living skills, socialization skills, adaptation skills, and behavior and anger managementManaging a caseload of 8-12 familiesOverseeing and participating in a first responder on-call system available to individuals served by the team and / or their natural support networkWhy Should You Apply?

Graduate degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldValid licensure to provide mental / behavioral healthcare in the state of North Carolina or Associate license that will be fully licensed within 30 monthsLicenses include LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT (or relevant associate level license)Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with behavioral health issuesEmployee supervisory experience strongly preferredValid driver's license, auto insurance.#INDBH
