Position Summary :
As an Inpatient RN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process. You will effectively coordinate care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring clear communication of patient conditions and swift responses to changes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, promoting professional nursing practices, and supporting the team through our core values of Teamwork, Respect, and Communication.
Qualifications :
Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license in Connecticut.Certification in CPR required at hire.Must complete PMT and de-escalation training within six months of hire.Core Competencies :
Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.Basic computer proficiency.Ability to respond swiftly and efficiently in emergency situations, including patient restraint when necessary.Essential Duties :
