Russell Landscape’s High-End Residential Department is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Crew Member to assist with landscape enhancement and installation projects. This role focuses on delivering premium hardscape and softscape solutions to our discerning residential clients. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, works safely and efficiently, and thrives in a team-oriented, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the installation of high-quality hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, stonework, fire pits, and decorative elements.

Install and maintain premium softscape components, including trees, shrubs, flowering plants, turf, and landscape beds.

Prepare and maintain job sites, including grading, excavation, and material handling.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively.

Follow project plans and instructions from crew leaders and supervisors, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite at all times.

Communicate professionally with team members and, occasionally, with clients.

Assist with seasonal enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance projects as needed.

Qualifications :

Prior experience in high-end residential landscaping, hardscape, or softscape installation preferred.

Strong knowledge of plants, landscape materials, and hardscape installation techniques.

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work in physically demanding outdoor conditions.

Exceptional attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow direction from crew leaders.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Commitment to safety and professional conduct on client properties.
