Sudden Service is now Hiring! Journeyman / HVAC Technician Fort Worth, Tx Area.

  • Represent Sudden Service in the most highly trained professional image possible..
  • dress for success and present a highly polished professional image.
  • Thoroughly inspect all components related to the HVAC system.
  • have completed my inspection and have taken a conductive position of informing and advising my customer.
  • After receiving the customer's approval, make all repairs with an uncompromised high-quality level of craftsmanship.
  • present solutions and upsell options on every job.
  • I have stickered all HVAC equipment.
  • I have received a survey and a testimonial from the customer.
  • meticulously and legibly complete all required paperwork and documents before proceeding to my next call.
  • have closed out my call with the CSR in the company office.

Duties and Activities :

  • Manage all assigned service calls to ensure the customer receives The Most Outstanding Service Experience Ever.
  • To be on time...Every time.
  • Present the inspection report and consult with the customer to educate and advise on all options. Upsell options and Service Partner Agreements are to be considered high priority.
  • Complete all repairs thoroughly with the highest level of craftsmanship.
  • All model and serial numbers are required on invoices and service reports.
  • All paperwork will be complete and ready to turn in to the office upon arriving to work the following day. Filling out the prior day's paperwork in the office will not be allowed.
  • All company equipment, uniforms, and vehicles will be well-maintained and protected at all times.
  • I will become a trusted advisor to my client.

    • Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities :

  • Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Ability to work well with other team members to make sure the customer receives the Most Outstanding Service Experience
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Neat, clear, concise, and accurate grammar and handwriting skills
