Professional Engineer Responsibilities
- Perform engineering analysis, design and plan production for transportation engineering projects, including roadways, highways, drainage, erosion control and traffic control
- Create job specifications and contract documents for bidding purposes
- Calculate quantities and construction cost estimating
- Use experience and skills to provide deliverables as outlined in project scope, within budget and on schedule
- Lead project team in quality control process
Market Lead Responsibilities
Establishing and maintaining client relationships with new and existing clientsCollaborating with TREKK leadership to develop and meet organizational goals while supplying expertise and guidance on projects, operations, systems and programs that support TREKK's purpose and visionConducting business development tasks, including identifying, selling and delivering meaningful work for your teamProject Manager Responsibilities
Effectively communicate project goals, risks and requirements with clients and project team; this will include the internal project kick-off meeting to discuss project overview, scope, schedule and budgetActively manage projects to ensure they are completed as outlined in the scope and on scheduleManage the financial well-being and profitability of your projectsUse project management skills to plan, organize, monitor and direct work activities to be on schedule and within budgetPrioritize projects and workload to ensure they are completed on scheduleDeliver a complete TREKK customer experience to your clients on their projectsSupport Market Lead in meeting KPI goalsEstablish and maintain client relationships with new and existing clientsProposal development, project scope negotiation, cost estimating and schedule developmentActively participate in business development activities to grow our market share and client network utilizing our CRM systemEducation, Licensing, Certification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil EngineeringProfessional Engineer certification requiredAt least 10 years of experience in transportation designRequired Skills / Abilities
