Position Overview :

• Inspect Incoming materials, in-process assemblies and finish goods in compliance BOM,Specs / CAD drawings, SWI, Internal Quality Standard, IPC,PSCD etc.
• Able to read, interpret & understand CAD drawing / Specification, BOM, SWI, ECR content, PSCD (Product Specific Cosmetic Criteria)
• Knows how to use QC Inspection tools e.g. Calipers, Inspection templates and Functional testers e.g. power supply, antenna, cable tester etc.
• Knowledge & understanding of how to use and interpret AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Sampling Table.
• Create and validate Quality Order, Non-conformance Issuance, Segregate nonconforming materials / product.
• Perform Change Over Check w / Production Line Leaders
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) - both Raw and Finish goods

Physical requirements :

Able to constantly move about the facility. Able to lift up to 40 lbs. at any given time. Could be on your feet up to 8 hours a day.
