Production Operator

Shift : Friday-Sunday + every other Thursday | 5 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

As a Production Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in creating high-quality personalized photo products. Your responsibilities include :

• Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assembling, packaging, and shipping products like prints, photo books, cards, and custom gifts
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Following standardized work instructions and maintaining a clean work area
• Meeting daily production goals for speed, accuracy, and quality
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth production flow
• Following all safety procedures and reporting any issues to leadership
