You'll join a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that has a proud tradition of providing accessible, high-quality care to the underserved, uninsured, and low-income residents of Fitchburg and surrounding areas. As CMO, you'll help lead a dynamic team making a meaningful difference every day.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary range : $250,000 - $280,000 annually
• Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000
• Sign-On Bonus : $20,000
• RVU Bonus & Quality Incentive Bonus
• Health Insurance : Employer contributes 70% (approx. $80 per pay period), coverage starts Day 1
• Dental & Vision Insurance : Two plan options available
• Retirement Plan : 401(k) with 3% company match, fully vested after 1 year
• Student Loan Repayment Assistance : Eligible for $50,000 - $100,000
• Paid Time Off : 15 vacation days, 5 personal days, 5 sick days, 2 health days

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise physicians, mid-levels, and clinical medical staff

Deliver comprehensive and continuous primary care to a patient panel
