Job descriptionCompetitive pay and mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling we work with your availability Supportive leadership and responsive office staff Efficient, easy-to-use EMR system Career growth opportunities within an established, reputable agency Provide therapy interventions and exercises as outlined in the Physical Therapists plan of care Monitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the supervising PT Help patients improve strength, balance, and mobility through safe, guided activity Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home safety techniques Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and agency standards Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required) Home health experience preferred but not required were willing to train the right candidate Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor A desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others
