Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to manage claims effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
Interact with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication
Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support outcomes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' license in California; SIP optional
Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
Computer experience with related claims and business software
