This Customer Service Specialist will work in a fast-paced, challenging environment to provide support to internal and external customers by utilizing strong communication skills to resolve customer service issues within the scope of policy. This position requires a high level of flexibility as it relates to cross training on multiple functions within the organization.

Location : Candidates must live within 70 miles of the LaVergne, TN office.

Schedule : 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM CT

Compensation : Target salary for this role is between $19 and $20 an hour .

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
  • Maintain professionalism while dealing with difficult situations and / or people
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management and staff
  • Multi-task and problem solve under pressure
  • Meet attendance and punctuality requirements
  • Operate computer systems, telephone systems, copiers, fax machines, etc.
  • Provide feedback to other departments regarding areas of concern or improvement
  • Manage confidential information effectively
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirement

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.

Education

Associate’s degree preferred

Critical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required, experience with Sales Force and SAP a plus
  • 1+ years’ experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to type 40 WPM
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical products a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs
  • Must live within 70 miles of LaVergne office
