Raytheon's Strategy team is looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role you will conduct comprehensive market, competitive, and financial analysis to support the development and execution of Raytheon strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights that drive business growth and innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction and ensuring its competitive edge in the market.

This onsite position will be in one of the following Raytheon locations : Arlington, VA; Woburn, MA; McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; or Farmington, CT.

Some travel may be required to other RTX and target company sites.

Relocation assistance is not provided.

What You Will Do

• Responsible for performing analyses and preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management on defense industry dynamics.
• Use budgetary analysis to determine market size, market growth rates, identification of key market segments, and competitor position in markets.
• Provide timely analysis of market trends and key customer budgetary perspectives.
• Work with strategic business units to understand market segments and competitive landscape critical to their strategy execution.
• Support research analysis and development of strategy on major deliverables.
• Develop new tools and visualizations to support internal deliverables and business needs.
• Assist with process automation and improvement.

Clearance Information : This position requires a security clearance. The Defense Industrial Security Clearance Office (DISCO), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 224,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
