Overview
The HR Technology Project Manager leads and executes HR technology consulting projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. This role collaborates with consultants, clients, and technology providers to ensure successful project execution and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder communication and project leadership. How you'll make an impact Lead HR technology consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines. Establish and guide project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Manage client and broker expectations through clear and consistent communication. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and track action items. Coordinate and align provider solution demonstrations with client requirements. Ensure project data is accurately maintained across internal systems (CRM, PM tools). Oversee implementation projects to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Resolve project-related issues and escalate high-impact risks to leadership. Deliver regular project updates and performance reports to stakeholders. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practice development. Stay informed on HR technology trends and provider offerings through research and engagement. About You Required : Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required. Proven project management capability and experience. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and computing skills, creative and technical copywriting and copy-editing, experience of proofreading. Preferred : Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with a proactive mindset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Attention to detail and commitment to accurate, timely documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Self-motivated and adaptable to dynamic, fast-paced environments. High level of dependability, accountability, and discretion with sensitive information. Collaborative team leader with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience with HR Technology solutions At least 3 years of project management experience Project Management certification required (, CAPM, PMP).
