Onsite 4 days a week and remote Fridays once training is complete
Pay $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
Position Overview :
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate opportunity to cover a leave of absence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process 100+ invoices daily, including both non-PO and PO invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile supplier invoices against purchase orders and apply goods received to vendor bills.
- Code and book invoices daily, manage weekly check runs, and maintain a supplier deposits ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in month-end closing activities, financial audits, and maintain essential financial records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Experience :
Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs (highly preferred).
