Role Overview
As a CHW Coordinator, you will help advance HHP’s mission to improve health literacy and empower underserved communities by leading a team of Community Healthcare Workers (CHWs) and supporting patient advocacy programs. This role is perfect for a motivated CHW looking to transition into program management and administrative oversight.
This is an entirely volunteer, remote-only position with flexible hours, giving preference to U.S.-based candidates.
Role Balance : This role is focused on Coordination / Program Management (Approx. 70%) with a direct service / patient advocacy component (Approx. 30%).
