Staff Developer Educator

A company is looking for a Staff Developer Educator to enhance technical education for developers using their platform.

Key Responsibilities

Design and scale a modern documentation and education experience, including learning paths and AI-optimized content

Build hands-on content such as workshops and tutorials to help developers become proficient users

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is impactful and aligned with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical education, developer documentation, or developer advocacy roles

Experience in writing and scaling high-quality developer content, including tutorials and reference documentation

Strong knowledge of databases, particularly PostgreSQL, with an understanding of advanced concepts

Familiarity with product-led growth and self-service onboarding strategies

Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment
