We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Registration Rep to join our healthcare team. The Patient Registration Rep is responsible for accurately and efficiently registering patients for medical services, obtaining necessary information, and ensuring a positive patient experience. Responsibilities :

• Greet patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately and efficiently register patients for medical services, including verifying patient information and insurance coverage.
• Obtain necessary information, such as medical history, medication allergies, and other related information, from patients, and ensure that all information is entered correctly into the electronic health record.
• Assist the patient in filling out the necessary paperwork.
• Collect copays and outstanding balances at the time of service and provide patients with receipts.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive the appropriate care.
