What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts within assigned territory by engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Develop in-depth product and disease state knowledge to support effective clinical dialogue.
- Utilize assigned budgets strategically to achieve territory objectives while maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with District Manager to create and implement a local business plan for achieving business objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate management of sales data, customer objectives, and communication responses.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.Minimum of 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; experience in pharmaceuticals or medical device sales preferred.Strong desire to improve patient lives and act with integrity in accordance with compliance policies.Proven ability to adapt and thrive in changing environments, including telemedicine.Excellent verbal, presentation, and listening skills.How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
