Serve Bilingual Clients – Offer therapy in both English and an Asian language to increase accessibility for clients who prefer sessions in their native language. Innovate & Collaborate – Work with a dynamic team of therapists, sharing insights and strategies to enhance our services and outcomes continually. Grow & Thrive – Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities. Maintain Clinical Documentation – Use EHR to ensure ethical and legal compliance. Licensed Therapist – LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist in California. Bilingual Proficiency – Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Hindi, Japanese, or another Asian language is highly preferred. Experience & Expertise – Strong background in therapy services for individuals, couples, or families, with experience in evidence-based modalities (CBT, EMDR, IFS, EFT, etc.). Cultural Competency – Passion for working with Asian American clients and other diverse populations. Compassion & Empathy – A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care. Technology Knowledge – Familiarity with Google Suite and EHR.
