\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our acute care unit. The unit has 30 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 : 6, escalating to 1 : 7 as necessary. The RN will provide care for patients with a variety of diagnoses including CHF, COPD, cellulitis, pneumonia, and AKI. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration and titration of Heparin based on APTT results.
