ETF Operations Associate

A company is looking for an ETF Strategic Relationships Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Capital Markets contact for clients and partners regarding ETF operations and trading

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective client support and coordination of fund governance activities

Prepare presentation materials and represent trading and capital markets at meetings and discussions

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in ETF operations, trading, or client service

Solid understanding of ETF operations, including creation / redemption and trading processes

Ability to engage with senior executives and translate technical details for diverse audiences

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities independently

Adaptability to take on new challenges and support multiple stakeholders
