Campo Insurance is hiring a full-time Outbound Sales Producer to work at our Ogden office. Youll be calling leads, following up, closing deals, and owning your numbers. We provide the tools leads, scripts, and training and give you the freedom to run your style. Just bring the hustle.

What Youll Do

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads and prospects
  • Follow up with potential clients through phone, text, and email
  • Present and sell auto, home, and renters insurance
  • Manage a daily sales pipeline and track performance
  • Hit sales goals with consistency and energy

    • What Were Looking For

  • Strong phone skills and confidence in sales conversations
  • Grit, discipline, and follow-through
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance or willing to get licensed fast
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-heavy environment
