We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced licensed Plumber to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a crucial part of our construction team, responsible for the design, layout, installation, and repair of pipe systems in commercial and industrial settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who is passionate about their craft and looking to take on a challenging and rewarding role in the construction industry.

Responsibilities :

The Plumber will have a wide range of responsibilities that include but are not limited to :

• Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand the specific requirements of each project.
• Designing and installing pipe systems, supports, and related equipment according to specifications and applicable codes.
• Cutting, threading, and hammering pipes to specifications, using tools such as saws, cutting torches, pipe threaders, and pipe benders.
• Inspecting workplaces to determine the presence of any hazards or malfunctions in the pipe systems.
• Assembling and installing a variety of metal and nonmetal pipes, tubes, and fittings; including iron, steel, copper, and plastic.
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to determine ideal pipe system layouts for new construction projects.
• Performing troubleshooting and repairs on existing pipe systems and related equipment.
• Ensuring all installations and repairs are compliant with building codes and safety regulations.
• Training junior team members and apprentices, sharing knowledge and best practices.
