Role Overview :

• Title : Application Engineer (Material Science)
• Duration : 12+ months (extension potential)
• Pay : $32-34 / hr on W2
• Location : Marlborough, MA

Core Responsibilities : Lead / support customer engagements in NAR / EUR for metallization portfolio (lead-free solder, Ni UBM / barrier, copper pillar / RDL / TSV / dual damascene); execute demos / troubleshooting with data analysis; design / run experiments using electroplating, electrochemistry, SEM, HPLC, microscopy, etc.; present reports; collaborate with global teams; adhere to safety protocols.

Required Qualifications :

Preferred : 1+ years industry experience; plating bath formulation / metal electrodeposition; analytical techniques like electrochemistry / SEM / HPLC; strong DOE / statistics knowledge.
