As a Lead Mitigation Technician, you'll :

• Respond to water, fire, mold, and storm-related property damage
• Deploy and operate equipment for mitigation, remediation, tarping, and board-ups
• Support property owners with empathy and urgency in stressful situations
• Document and manage jobs using mobile technology
• Maintain clean, well-stocked company vehicles and equipment
• Work on-call rotations and assist teammates when needed
