The extensive package contains: Gastroenterologist




$650,000 salary for 2 years. Ability to earn production and a quality bonus. The annual RVU threshold is 5200 RVUs. Additional pay for call – up to 3k per month

- $68.50/rvu



Additional incentives: There is the potential to receive a sign on bonus and + relocation support. Additional quarterly incentives will also be eligible based on the quality and physician care. Signing bonus of up to $75,000 for 3-year contract or $50,000 for 2 year contract.

Practice structure: Employed, Practice has options for a standard GI role or a sole G.I. Hospitalist position for 7 on 7 off schedule.



Office hours: Dependent on role and candidate. Flexible schedule. Can do a 5-day workweek (preferred), open to 4 day workweek and a 7 on 7 off schedule.



Support staff: standard support staff such as RNs, MAs along with nurse practitioner support,



Patient volume: The current group is booked out 8-10 months. Currently Dr. Ahmad is seeing 10-15 pts in half day- ramp up as fast as you want/be as busy as you want.



Week Layout: 3 days clinic, 2 days procedures



No hospital call - G.I. Private Group Takes Call (Dr. Singhs group).- No weekend availability however - looking for someone that will eventually support that coverage.



Electronic Medical Records: EPIC



Facilities: The primary practice site for the incoming physician will be at a CHRISTUS clinic. Multiple options for facilities that can accommodate procedures.



What equipment is available for these physicians?: Scopes, Olympus,



All bread-and-butter G.I.? Any further specifics? What else are we looking for?: ERCP, EUS, hepatobiliary, happy to customize programming if areas of interest.
