The Business Services Department is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to join their team in Jupiter, FL. The selected candidate for this role is expected to have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or related areas. This role will :

• Develop annual area budget requests
• Identify emerging / contingency items that may need additional funding throughout the year
• Develop variance reports and long-range planning goals
• Generate forecasts and / or budget analysis
• Provides financial analysis
• Track, analyze and identify opportunities and trends in activities
• Communicate financial positions to leadership
• Formulate corrective action recommendations to ensure financial targets are met
• Provide mentorship / guidance to other personnel
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
